Mason Butler has called Alexandria home for over 10 years. With 20 years of experience as an I.T. Executive, Mason is well-versed in technology and management, skills he is eager to bring to the City Council.
Mason is actively involved in the community. He graduated from the Alexandria City Academy, which gave him a deep understanding of how the city operates. He also served on Alexandria’s Scooter Commission, helping to create policies that make our streets safer and more accessible. As an Alexandria Election Official, Mason has worked to ensure our elections run smoothly and fairly.
Mason's dedication doesn’t stop there. He is a board member of The Campagna Center, where he supports programs that provide educational and social services to residents.
Mason Butler’s Independent campaign is all about making Alexandria a better place for everyone. He wants to use his tech expertise to improve city services and is passionate about fostering inclusive growth and enhancing the quality of life for all residents.
